Class 4's Marvellous Museums

Class 4 have really enjoyed compiling the information for this website. Initially, we wanted to produce a Class Interactive Museum giving information about early different World Civilisations. We wanted to produce exhibits, give talks and use the skills learned throughout our lessons in class and then invite visitors in to explore our learning with us. We have used artefacts from the civilisations and had a Guest Speaker from Wolverhampton Museum to discuss the preservation of artefacts and how Museums create their exhibits. However, due to Covid, this has proved tricky.  Instead, we would like to invite you to enjoy our website based museum. Hopefully, we’ll be able to regularly update the museum with our other learning which we complete during the year.

We have built upon our prior learning to build upon our knowledge and skills base whilst acquiring new learning. We have used new vocabulary to inform our speech and our writing. We have used archaeological evidence to inform answers to our historical enquiry questions. We have always evaluated our approach to our learning and our skills of teamwork to produce our online museum.
